About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries and concerns.
2. Make outbound calls to customers and employers.
3. Support data collection for account recovery.
4. Maintain a strong understanding of client processes and policies.
5. Report product bugs by reproducing customer issues.
6. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong work ethic.

Note :
1. You might have to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
2. One side cab facility will be provided.
