About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client assistance: Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues related to software functionality, troubleshooting technical problems, and clarifying process workflows for customers.
2. Product training: Educate clients on software features and best practices, guiding them to optimize software usage and enhance their operational efficiency.
3. Technical troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software-related issues, coordinate with the technical team as needed, and ensure timely and accurate solutions.
4. Documentation and reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, report on support metrics, and document resolutions for knowledge sharing and process improvements.
5. Feedback collection: Gather customer feedback, identify pain points, and relay insights to product development for continuous software improvement.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Experience: 1-2 years of customer support experience in customs clearance, logistics, or freight forwarding.

2. Software knowledge: Hands-on experience with existing customs clearance software such as Softlink, ONS, uSoft, SCMcube, etc.

3. Proficiency: Familiarity with customs clearance processes and software applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

5. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer challenges.

6. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours if needed to accommodate client schedules in different time zones.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
