About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned university and institution clients
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
3. Ensure successful implementation and adoption of our technology solutions, digitization services, and ERP systems
4. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve product offerings
6. Analyze client usage data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization
7. Create and deliver training materials and sessions for clients
8. Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients

- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.

- Willingness to gain a strong understanding of educational technology, digitization processes, and ERP systems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Experience working with Indian universities and educational institutions preferred.
