1. Position: C1B - First Party Credit Card Collections for a US Bank

2. Qualifications: SSC and above

3. Experience: Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience in retention, sales, or collections.

4. Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs per week

5. Shifts: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM / 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

6. Salary: Up to 35k for non-collections experience / Up to 38k with collections experience

7. Benefits: Home drop provided and centralized pick-up

8. Location: Thane, Wagle Estate
