Our goal is to simplify collections, reduce cash flow issues, and make payment reminders stress-free for small and medium businesses. We're growing fast and looking for a Sales Specialist to help us bring more businesses on board.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a 'Sales Specialist' who can drive sales, give product demos, and convert leads into paying customers. This is an on-site role at our Bangalore office, where you'll focus on engaging with potential clients and helping them see the value of PaymentReminder.in.

English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel MS-Office Sales Sales pitch

Other requirements

Experience in FinTech or SaaS sales.

Familiarity with selling to small and medium businesses (MSMEs).

Knowledge of challenges faced by Indian MSMEs, such as delayed payments

Comfortable using CRM tools and payment-related software.

Strong problem-solving skills to address client pain points effectively.

Metrics-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent relationship-building skills for long-term client engagement.

Local knowledge of the business ecosystem and networking opportunities.

Adaptable and willing to learn about new product features.

Proactive in identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions.

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
