About the job

As a Corporate Sales Manager at F Salon Academy LLP, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Your proficiency in English and Hindi, coupled with your expertise in MS Excel, artificial intelligence, client interaction, and computer networking, will be essential in achieving our sales targets and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Franchise Sales Strategy Development:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and secure new franchisees.
2. Identify target markets and potential franchisees based on market research and analysis.

b. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
1. Generate leads through various channels such as trade shows, online platforms, and networking events.
2. Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential franchisees.

c. Franchisee Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
2. Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure franchisee satisfaction and success.

d. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
1. Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential franchisees.
2. Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

e. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the franchise industry.
2. Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to inform sales tactics.

f. Franchise Development and Support:
1. Assist new franchisees with the setup and launch of their franchise operations.
2. Provide training and resources to ensure franchisees are well-equipped to succeed.

g. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
1. Monitor and analyze franchise sales performance metrics.
2. Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and franchise development progress.

h. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
1. Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure cohesive support for franchisees.
2. Coordinate with the finance team to facilitate financial transactions and reporting.

i. Compliance and Risk Management:
1. Ensure all franchise sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Identify and mitigate risks associated with franchise sales and development.
3. Continuous Improvement.
