1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services
2. Meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
3. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
4. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
5. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales performance
Work Environment:
1. Work from office (Ecospace, Kolkata) only
2. Shift timing: 7:30 pm to 5:00 am (Monday to Friday)
3. Saturday and Sunday are fixed off days
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO outbound sales
2. Age limit: 50 years or below
3. No freshers allowed
