Key responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
- Develop SEO-optimized content, including white papers, blogs, case studies, and landing pages, focused on the healthcare and education sectors.
- Utilize data-driven insights and compelling storytelling to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

2. Keyword Research & On-Page SEO:
- Conduct thorough keyword research related to job boards, online training, and education trends in healthcare and education.
- Optimize content using strategic keywords, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking to enhance search visibility.

3. Link-Building:
- Establish relationships with industry blogs, influencers, and partners to acquire backlinks and improve the domain authority of client websites.

4. Content Optimization:
- Regularly review and update existing content to ensure it stays relevant, up-to-date, and ranks well in search engines.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Marketing Team: Coordinate with marketing to align content with campaigns, promotions, and overall brand messaging.
- Design Team: Partner with designers to produce visually engaging content, such as infographics, charts, and images, that complement written materials.
- Product Team: Keep informed about product developments to produce accurate and insightful content that highlights the client's value proposition.

1. Writing and Editing:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong grasp of grammar and style.

2. SEO Expertise:
Proficiency in keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.


- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs.


3. Research Skills:
 Strong ability to conduct data-driven research and create credible, insightful content.


- Knowledge of trends in job boards, online training, and education, particularly in the healthcare sector.


4. Technical Skills:
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or React JS.


- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for content formatting (optional but beneficial).


- Canva platform designs and video creation


5. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the healthcare and education industry or willingness to learn quickly.


Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,02,500 - 3,05,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,500 - 5,000 /year
