Client Acquisition Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage collaboration with the production team
2. Oversee CAD design approvals with a basic understanding of CAD
3. Conduct final quality checks on orders before export
4. Handle customer support inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and in-person interactions
5. Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely information
6. Analyze customer trends and prepare reports to improve engagement strategies
7. Coordinate orders, ensuring smooth processing and resolving any product delivery or return issues
8. Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
2. Proven experience in CRM roles, ideally within the jewelry or retail industry
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in CRM software and tools
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs effectively
