Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Career Counselor to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time role requires you to leverage your inside sales skills, along with experience in lead generation and counselor education, to guide potential candidates. The position demands a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have proficiency in inside sales, focusing on generating new leads and converting them into successful enrollments (Mandatory skill).
Experience in lead generation and sourcing potential customers to meet counseling targets effectively (Mandatory skill).
Background in counselor education, with the ability to guide and mentor candidates aligning them to suitable career paths (Mandatory skill).
Exceptional communication skills to articulate well with prospective clients and internal teams.
Strong decision-making ability to evaluate candidate needs and provide strategic career advice.
Proven record of exceeding set targets in sales and counseling environments.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and quotas.
Experience in handling client relations with a focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive rapport.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to potential candidates to help them understand their career objectives.
Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling, lead follow-up, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to effectively communicate opportunities to potential clients.
Coordinate with team members to align counseling strategies with overall business goals.
Track and report progress using CRM tools and provide insights for business improvement.
Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance personal counseling and sales skills.
Provide feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of current sales and counseling strategies.
