Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and take the lead in driving sales growth. This full-time hybrid role is based in Gurgaon and requires expertise in B2B and SaaS sales, with a strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications and Skills
B2B Sales Experience: Proven ability to drive sales in a B2B environment (Mandatory)
SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in SaaS sales (Mandatory)
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoho CRM: Expert-level knowledge (Mandatory)
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Business Development: Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Excellent Communication: Strong skills in client and team interactions
Outreach Expertise: Skilled in engaging potential clients across multiple channels
Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and customize solutions

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across various channels
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with potential clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns
Lead meetings and presentations to showcase Ottermap's solutions to potential clients
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management

Note: The working hours for this role are from 6:00 P.M. to 3:00 A.M.
