About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate business through new leads and contacts
2. Utilize platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for lead generation
3. Execute cold calling, mailing, research analysis, and other lead generation techniques
4. Draft job proposals and manage client communication, email marketing, and client relationships
5. Identify new sales leads and convert them into business opportunities
6. Research organizations and individuals online to explore new leads and markets
7. Adapt to a dynamic startup environment with a proactive approach
8. Learn new software quickly and understand strategic concepts
9. Analyze details and identify tactical product solutions
10. Perform post-contract follow-ups and post-sales reviews
11. Apply knowledge of the IT field to business development strategies
12. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
13. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all business interactions
14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive behavior
