Job Responsibilities
* Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
* Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
*Coordinate and ensure timely invoice processing and payment.
*Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness collections.
* Payment Follow up with Client

* Good Communication
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
