Experience : 1 to 2yrs
Working days : 6 days working & 1 day rotational off
Salary : upto 3.5lpa

Proficient in office management, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
Effective time management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines
Problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Customer service skills, providing helpful and friendly assistance to clients and team members
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
Handle communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital
Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is adequately stocked
