With a growing number of our students choosing to study design abroad, we are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and ambitious Study Abroad Counselor to assist our students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with students, parents, and faculty to achieve academic success.
2. Monitor and enhance students' academic performance.
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to students and their families.
4. Implement academic processes at the center.
5. Maintain attendance, class test scores, and other records using ERP and Excel/Google Sheets.
6. Address and resolve parental queries and concerns as needed.
7. Support the daily administration of the center.
8. Collaborate with the team and assist colleagues when required.
