About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching evolving trends in the startup landscape, developing a thesis on investment opportunities, and publishing research in periodic internal/external publications
2. Sourcing and identifying new investment opportunities within the startup ecosystem to ensure a strong and continuous pipeline of potential investment opportunities
3. Working with the broader ecosystem, including engineers, influencers, marketing/PR/dev partners, entrepreneurs, and other investors
4. Evaluating investment opportunities through market research, product reviews, competitive analysis, metrics analysis, customer/user reviews, and technical diligence
5. Monitoring the progress of portfolio companies, assisting them in various ways, connecting them to the Pepcorns ecosystem and other portfolio companies, developing strategy and team, and helping with future fundraises, including publishing scorecards and progress reports on portfolio companies

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 20000 per deal).
