Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilizing various recruitment sources and channels: Explore different job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to access a wide talent pool.
2. Sourcing and screening candidates: Identify and evaluate both active and passive talent in the market.
3. Building talent pipelines and networks: Develop and maintain relationships with qualified candidates, both active and passive.
4. Coordinating the interview process: Work with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient interview experience.
5. Engaging continuously with candidates: Maintain ongoing communication to facilitate successful hires and smooth onboarding.
6. Maintaining internal databases and trackers: Keep all relevant recruitment data and records up-to-date and organized.
