About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software
2. Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings for manufacturing and prototyping
3. Collaborate with senior engineers to translate concepts into practical designs
4. Implement design revisions based on feedback and design reviews
5. Support prototype development by preparing designs and coordinating with production
6. Help develop training manuals, guides, and instructional content for CAD and design processes
7. Contribute to creating example projects, case studies, and tutorials for training sessions
8. Assist in conducting training workshops and providing support with design tools
9. Maintain detailed documentation of design iterations and training content
10. Actively participate in design discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Other requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or currently pursuing it.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting.
Basic understanding of mechanical design principles.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and assist in both design work and training material development.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 200000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per design project).
