About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the face of AGR for clients, externals, and candidates
2. Undertaking a range of activities such as interview management, scheduling, and coordination
3. Managing front office duties, EPABX phone system, and handling inward and outward couriers
4. Supporting facility management and ensuring the facility remains operational
5. Managing inventory for all facilities, administration, stationery, and petty cash
6. Supporting employee engagement activities, gatherings, and meetings
7. Maintaining various MIS records related to administration and HR
