About the internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
3. Help with employee relations by addressing inquiries and maintaining employee records.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
5. Support HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
6. Use HRIS to input and update employee information.
7. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and create reports for management.
