About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
2. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and performance evaluations.
4. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
6. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the leadership team.
7. Facilitate clear communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
8. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
9. Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
10. Arrange travel and accommodations for executives, including itinerary planning.
11. Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the leadership team.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR role with administrative responsibilities, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

Skills:

1. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. High level of professionalism and discretion.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
