About the internship
We are looking for a Graphics Design Intern with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of designing principles and designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop visually appealing designs for a variety of media, including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and brochures.
2. Create and design print materials such as brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
3. Ensure all designs are aligned with the iDreamCareer brand guidelines and visual identity.
4. Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling video narratives.
6. Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style, and meets quality standards.
7. Assist in maintaining and updating the company's visual assets.
8. Collaborate with various teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
9. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design quality.

Other requirements
1. Knowledge in video editing, creative design, and print material design.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
3. Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
6. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus but not required.
7. Able to visit Vasant Kunj, New Delhi: Hybrid (Once a week).
