About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and drive sales
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
5. Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they are meeting their KPIs and targets
6. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve your sales techniques to drive success for Coding Junior.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
