Role Overview
We seek a passionate entry-level video editor to:
-Edit long-form videos (10-20 mins) into engaging narratives.
-Repurpose content into short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
-Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks (captions, resizing, B-roll).
Key Responsibilities
-Edit raw footage of car reviews, podcasts, and walkarounds into polished videos.
-Create 5-7 social media clips (15-60 secs) per long-form video.
-Add captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
-Collaborate with writers to align videos with articles.
-Optimize videos for platform-specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
-Ensure brand consistency (color grading, logos, lower-thirds)
Requirements
Essential Skills
-Proficiency in Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve.
-Familiarity with AI editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip).
-Basic understanding of social media trends (hooks, pacing, hashtags).
-Interest in cars/automotive tech (e.g., knowing terms like torque, powertrain).
Nice-to-Have
-Basic knowledge of Canva for thumbnails.
-Experience filming B-roll (e.g., car interiors, city drives).
Tools You'll Use
-Editing: Premiere Pro, CapCut, Runway ML (AI).
-Audio: Descript (podcast editing), Adobe Podcast Enhance.
-Social Media: Opus Clip (auto-shorts), Canva (graphics).
