Job description

Oblytech, a leading IT consulting company, is looking for a Video Marketing Content Creator/Producer to join our team and help bring our brand to life through video.

As our Video Marketing Content Creator/Producer, you will have the opportunity to produce engaging video content such as webinars, product updates, technical blogs, and marketing campaigns for global audiences in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.

This role is ideal for a creative individual who is not only passionate about video production but also understands how to align content with business goals and marketing strategies.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Produce Video Content: Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, and our company website.
2. Create Webinars and Product Update Videos: Develop high-quality videos for webinars, product launches, and technical updates, explaining complex topics in an engaging and easily digestible format.
3. Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
4. Optimize Video Content: Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, including SEO for YouTube, and monitor performance analytics to drive improvements.
5. Handle Post-Production: Manage the entire video production lifecycle, from shooting to editing, sound mixing, and final delivery.
6. Content Strategy Involvement: Participate in content strategy discussions to ensure video content is part of an integrated marketing plan.
7. Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Stay current with video marketing trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh, engaging, and relevant.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 Years of Experience in video production, content creation, or a related field

2. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

3. Experience in producing video content for social media (YouTube, LinkedIn) and websites

4. Strong understanding of marketing principles and how video content drives brand engagement

5. Excellent storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skills

6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

7. Basic knowledge of SEO and video optimization for platforms like YouTube

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with creating technical videos (e.g., product updates, how-tos, tutorials) is a plus

2. Knowledge of IT services like ServiceNow or Salesforce is a bonus but not mandatory

3. Familiarity with video analytics tools and using data to optimize video performance
