About the work from home job/internship

As a 'Value Creation Intern', you will play a key role in supporting founders/CEOs of startups and growth stage companies across Asia and the Middle East to unlock the next chapter of their growth.
This internship offers the opportunity to work directly with a founder, investor and also ex-McKinsey partner across a diverse set of technology enabled business (e.g. B2B SaaS, logistics-tech, renewables-tech, fintech). These businesses have different stages of maturity and thus, the role will addressing varied problem statements, including growth playbooks, market entry, and capital raising, among others.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with founders/CEOs to understand and define problem statements.
2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential solutions across varied growth-related problem statements including capital raising, market and product line expansion
3. Develop comprehensive strategies and present insights and growth-related recommendations
4. Present strategic solutions to clients and iterate based on client feedback.
5. Support stakeholder management to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

2. Familiarity with AI-based research tools such as GPT or Perplexity, and the ability to effectively leverage them through prompt engineering.

3. Prior experience in a research role or working in a business-focused environment is a plus.

4. A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to take responsibility for problem-solving and delivering results

5. Ability to work in a remote environment and manage responsibilities independently

6. Eager to learn with a hunger for growth and personal development
