Telecalling Work From Home Internship

As a Telecalling intern at Optacloud, you will be an essential part of our dynamic and fast-paced team. Your role will involve reaching out to potential lawyers, astrologers through phone calls, promoting our services, and providing excellent customer service. Your English proficiency and effective communication skills will be crucial in engaging with customers and building strong relationships. Additionally, your knowledge of MS-Excel will be utilized in maintaining and updating customer databases.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Communicate effectively to understand the needs and provide relevant information about our services.
3. Update and maintain records using MS-Excel to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Collaborate to follow up on leads and track the progress of potential clients.
5. Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Meet and exceed daily and weekly call quotas to contribute to the company's targets.
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
