Position: Telecalling Intern (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
Contact potential advertisers and businesses to promote advertising opportunities on Chandra Times' news portal and social media platforms.
Generate leads through online research, databases, and referrals.
Pitching and Negotiations:
Explain advertising packages, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
Address client queries and provide tailored solutions to fit their needs.
Close deals and onboard advertisers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance and feedback.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain records of calls, leads, client interactions, and sales in an organized manner.
Prepare weekly reports on progress and targets achieved.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in Hindi and English.
A professional and persuasive tone while speaking with clients.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
