About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings
2. Posting job openings on various portals to increase the pool of candidates
3. Utilizing the internal database to identify potential candidates
4. Developing proactive sourcing strategies
5. Reviewing resumes, cultivating referrals, and pre-screening candidates while moving the interview process forward
6. Sourcing potential candidates through various jobs portals and online channels
7. Overseeing candidate experience and communication in all stages of hiring including application, interview, selection, and joining
8. Prioritizing and tracking job orders to fulfill client needs
9. Keeping up with industry trends, including client and market scenarios
