About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and manage Instagram Ads campaigns to meet marketing objectives.
2. Collaborate with content and design teams on platform-specific ad creatives.
3. Conduct audience research for precise targeting and high conversions.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, optimizing for maximum ROI.
5. Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
6. Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Experience in creating social media content and a solid understanding of Instagrams visual-centric platform.

5. Expertise in A/B testing and optimizing ad campaigns for better performance.

6. Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization for Instagram.

7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Note: At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, with a specific focus on Instagram Ads.
