Social Media Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
2. Create visually appealing and informative content, including:
3. Engaging captions and posts
4. Eye-catching graphics and visuals
5. Short-form videos and stories
6. Blog posts and articles
7. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
8. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
9. Collaborate with the Aerolume team to brainstorm ideas and develop new content campaigns.
10. Assist with social media advertising and community management efforts.

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a related field (marketing, communications, digital media, etc.) or recent graduate.
2. Passionate about social media and storytelling.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong visual design skills and proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
5. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
6. Understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
7. A strong interest in the scent marketing industry is a plus.
