Genotek (www.genotek.global), a leading manufacturer of expansion joint covers and architectural products, is seeking a motivated sales development representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for the construction industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reach out to procurement managers and decision-makers in construction projects via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
2. Identify and qualify potential leads for our high-quality architectural products via LinkedIn; find contact information with tools such as Lusha, EasyLeadz, etc.
3. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for our sales team
4. Maintain and update our CRM system with lead information
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies

4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Strong communication skills in English.
2. Familiarity with the construction industry or B2B sales (preferred but not required).
3. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
4. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
5. Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejections.
6. Candidates with sales experience of at least 1 year are preferred.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per inquiry).
