Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with screening and shortlisting candidates
2. Conducting initial interviews and assessments
3. Managing recruitment databases and updating candidate profiles
4. Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews
5. Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes
6. Assisting with employer branding initiatives
7. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
