Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilizing HRIS to maintain accurate records of student placements and internship opportunities
2. Collaborating with academic advisors to match students with placements that align with their career goals
3. Coordinating with employers to facilitate internship opportunities for our students
4. Assisting in organizing career fairs and networking events to connect students with potential employers
5. Providing support to students during the placement process, offering guidance and resources
6. Creating and maintaining reports on placement rates and trends for university stakeholders
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in placement coordination to optimize our processes

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per lead generated).
