As a talent acquisition intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and support our team in finding top talent for our organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the sourcing and screening of candidates.
2. Coordinating interviews and assessments.
3. Managing job postings on various platforms.
4. Conducting reference checks and background screenings.
5. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires.
6. Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
7. Providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team.
8. Maintaining the applicant tracking system database by ensuring all candidate information and activity is up to date.
9. Coordinating interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback.
10. Connecting with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the recruitment process.
11. Completing various projects as assigned.
12. Acting as an interface between the candidates and the team.
