Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for Finance Intern positions through social media, college groups, and professional networks.
2. Coordinating with candidates to explain the internship role and assist them in the onboarding process.
3. Maintaining accurate records of shortlisted and onboarded candidates while ensuring timely updates on their progress.
4. Issuing offer letters to eligible candidates after completion of onboarding requirements.
5. Gaining practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies under the guidance of the manager.
