1. Proven experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora) and a strong understanding of video editing techniques
2. Familiarity with major social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese
4. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a "can-do" mindset. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
6. Knowledge of social media analytics tools
7. Interest in the recruitment/startup industry
