Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 21st Oct'24 and 25th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Students who completed BBA, MBA, BCom, and MCom are preferred
2. Proficiency in Bengali and/or Hindi, along with English
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong research abilities and customer-focused interpersonal skills
5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
6. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales
7. Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
