About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and recruiting finance interns by sharing job opportunities in college groups, LinkedIn, and other networks
2. Guiding shortlisted candidates through the onboarding process, including assisting with document verification and tracking
3. Maintaining a detailed record of candidate progress, ensuring smooth onboarding for successful recruits
4. Issuing offer letters to eligible candidates after verification and adding them to the final group
5. Learning and implementing key HR and recruitment strategies while reporting progress to the manager
