Recruiter Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
2. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to negotiating job offers, and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
3. Handle hiring for multiple roles simultaneously and spontaneously, as requirements for hiring may increase rapidly.
4. Strategize hiring channels in order to get qualified candidates for the positions that is being handled.
5. Report to the department lead on all hiring updates and be proactive in communicating any challenges or roadblocks.
