Project Management Work From Home Part Time Internship

We are a graphic design agency focused on creating engaging social media content for clients. Our team of talented graphic design interns handles the creative work, and we're looking for a motivated Project Manager Intern to help us streamline our internal operations, boost productivity, and ensure timely delivery.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Team Coordination: Act as the main point of communication within the team to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Task Management: Assign tasks to design interns and track progress to meet project deadlines.
3. Timeline Tracking: Monitor schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of graphics for social media posts.
4. Quality Control: Review work to make sure it meets company standards and client expectations before submission.
5. Feedback Loop: Collect and relay feedback from supervisors to design interns to guide improvements.
6. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and team performance.
7. Documentation: Maintain records of project timelines, feedback, and team productivity to optimize future projects.

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
3. Basic knowledge of graphic design concepts (not required to design but to understand the work process)
4. Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana
5. Time management and problem-solving abilities
6. Ability to motivate and support a creative team


Stipend: 2000 per month per client managed (e.g., managing 3 clients would result in a stipend of 6000 per month)
