Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Promote Inari Shines products through personal networks, social media platforms, and online communities.
2. Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, to showcase jewelry collections and attract potential customers.
3. Build and nurture relationships with potential customers through direct messaging, comments, and personalized interactions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement promotional campaigns and influencer outreach strategies.
5. Track and report sales conversions, campaign performance, and customer feedback to optimize future efforts.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of sales revenue).
