Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Helping candidates create professional resumes tailored to various industries.
2. Writing personalized cover letters that showcase the candidate's strengths and align with job requirements.
3. Optimizing LinkedIn profiles to enhance candidates' personal branding and visibility.
4. Assisting the HR team with sourcing, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
5. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing documentation and helping new hires adjust to company policies and culture.
