Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in job placement by helping candidates find and apply for IT job opportunities in the US and Canada
2. Communicate with clients and candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Gmail, and Indeed to connect with candidates and employers
3. Research market insights to understand demand and supply trends in the US IT job market and gain knowledge of staffing strategies
4. Develop skills by enhancing your communication skills, job-hunting techniques, and recruitment knowledge through training and mentorship

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 per successful candidate placement).
