Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract candidates interested in finance and stock market roles through LinkedIn and other sources
2. Creating engaging job listings and advertisements to attract suitable applicants
3. Reviewing applications and conducting preliminary screenings to shortlist potential candidates
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring timely and clear communication with candidates
5. Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, offering updates and feedback
6. Assisting in organizing and maintaining candidate records and documentation related to the hiring process
7. Collaborating closely with the finance and stock market teams to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
8. Leveraging professional networks and platforms to broaden the candidate pool and improve recruitment results
