Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
2. Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company website.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
6. Assist in managing emails, phone calls, and inquiries related to HR matters.
7. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports as required by the HR team.
8. Support in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or senior HR staff.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
4. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
