About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brainstorm & sketch: Start each day with new ideas based on trends, seasons, or new product themes.
2. Work on sticker design: Create designs using Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or Photoshop, exploring colors, typography, and illustrations that resonate with the brand.
3. Work on feedback revisions: Refine designs based on team or customer feedback.
4. Work on trend research: Research Gen Z trends, meme culture, and social causes on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
5. Work on customer research: Track popular styles and themes that attract the audience.
6. Handle print-ready files: Prepare high-quality files with correct resolution, color profiles, and die-cut setup.
7. Work on quality control: Ensure designs are consistent and avoid print issues.
8. Handle team collaboration: Join team meetings on timelines, launches, and feedback.
9. Work on marketing support: Work with the marketing team to create visuals for campaigns.
10. Handle file organization: Keep design assets organized for easy access and brand consistency.
11. Work on skill development: Set aside time weekly for skill improvement and software learning.
