As a fundraising Intern at Karmapatra Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive membership growth. Your role will be crucial in expanding our reach and impact in the community.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and executing marketing programs to attract new members
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze membership data for insights and improvements
3. Generate leads through outreach efforts,personal networks and networking events
4. Collaborate with team members to develop creative ways to engage and retain members
5. Communicate effectively with potential and current members to promote the benefits of joining our organization
6. Utilize your interpersonal skills to build relationships with community partners and stakeholders
7. Support the development of membership materials and resources to enhance our recruitment efforts

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per lead generated).
