At My Equation we are seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to join our team as event management interns. As an event management intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting multi-level events, and product deployments contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of diverse events, ensuring seamless operations
2. Manage scheduling, platforms, content, and engagement for impactful experiences
3. Coordinate with various teams, partners, and clients for successful event execution
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a holistic approach to event execution
5. Generate new and innovative ideas for events and event promotion
6. Work within budget constraints for events and manage spending accordingly
7. Problem-solving and hosting during events
8. Perform data visualization and learners matrix for event success
9. Utilize LMS software and dashboards for enhanced planning and execution
10. Maintain participant satisfaction and ensure event success
11. Participate in analyzing feedback from event attendees to identify areas of improvement and capitalize on strengths for future events
