About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide and deliver excellent customer support through phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional tone in English
2. Resolve and address customer queries to ensure high satisfaction levels
3. Work on rotational shifts to ensure seamless support across the specified time slots (1st shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 2nd shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 3rd shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
4. Maintain and adhere to an 8-hour shift schedule, 6 days a week
